Plan tiers and agent limits
Your first 3 deals are free
Every new account gets its first 3 confirmed deals free. No credit card, and no time limit: the allowance is counted in deals, not days, so it waits for whenever your next closing actually lands.
A free deal is used the moment you confirm a deal. Saving a draft doesn't use one, so you can build and preview as much as you like. Voiding a confirmed deal doesn't give the free deal back, amending a deal you already confirmed doesn't use another one, and a deal split between co-agents counts as one deal, because it's one confirm.
The free deals are the complete product. Agent emails, PDFs, share links, cap tracking, CSV export, teams and co-agent deals all work exactly as they do on a paid plan.
Once you've used all three, nothing is deleted and nothing is reset. Your agents, plans and confirmed deals stay as they are, and you can still build and preview a fourth deal. To confirm it, pick either path below.
Flat tiers
| Tier | Active agent limit | |---|---| | Boutique | 10 | | Independent | 30 | | Brokerage | Unlimited |
Limits apply to agents who are both active and unlocked. Locked or deactivated agents don't count against your limit. Limits are also skipped entirely on a free account, so you can load your whole roster before you pay for anything.
Pay-as-you-go
Instead of a flat monthly tier, you can pay per deal: no monthly fee, buy a pack of deal credits (5, 10, or 25 at a time), and spend one credit each time you confirm a deal. Credits don't expire. This works well if you close too few deals a year for a flat plan to be worth it. Every feature is included, the same as the tiers above.
If you're on pay-as-you-go and run out of credits, everything you've already entered stays fully visible; you just can't confirm a new deal until you buy more.
Bought the wrong pack? A credit pack is refundable for 7 calendar days from purchase, as long as no deal has been confirmed on the account since you bought it. Use Request a refund at the bottom of the Billing page, or email support. We don't refund part of a pack, because credits are interchangeable and there's no way to tell a used one from an unused one. Outside that window an unused balance isn't refundable, but it isn't lost either: credits never expire, there's no recurring fee, and an account holding credits is never closed for inactivity.
An account without a paid subscription (a free account, or one on pay-as-you-go) that is truly inactive for two years, meaning no deals, no credit purchases, and no credits sitting unused, gets two warning emails, then the same 30-day locked-then-deleted treatment described under Managing your card and canceling below. This never happens while you're still holding a credit balance, since that's money you've already paid.
Switching tiers, billing frequency, or plan type
- To move from a free account to a paid plan, click Upgrade to paid plan, or pick a credit pack from the same screen.
- To move to a higher tier, click Upgrade next to the tier you want.
- To move to a lower tier, click Downgrade. This takes effect at the end of your current billing period rather than immediately, so you keep your current tier's limits until then. If you change your mind, a Cancel option appears to cancel the scheduled downgrade.
- To switch between monthly and annual billing, click Switch to annual or Switch to monthly.
- To switch from a flat plan to pay-as-you-go, click Switch to pay-as-you-go instead. Your current plan stays fully active through the period you've already paid for, then switches over with no gap; there's no immediate cancellation and no refund for the switch itself.
- To switch from pay-as-you-go to a flat plan, just pick a plan the same way you would from a free account. Any pay-as-you-go credits you have left are kept, not lost, in case you switch back later.
Managing your card and canceling
Click Manage billing & card to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your payment method and view invoices.
To stop your subscription from renewing, switch off the Auto-renewal toggle. Your plan stays fully active, with everything included, until your current billing period ends; there's no separate cancel step beyond that. Once the period ends, the account locks: you can still log in to export your data (Data Export) or resubscribe, but nothing else. Your data is kept for 30 days after locking, then permanently deleted, and we'll email you the exact date. Resubscribing any time in that window restores everything exactly where you left off.
Refunds
Click Request a refund if you're eligible. Refunds are only available within 7 calendar days of your current billing period's start date, and only after you've canceled.
